Change WIFI Router

Overview

You want to connect your robot to a new WIFI channel, either because you got a new router or because you have moved house. 

How to change the WiFi router

To connect your robot to a new WIFI router, you need to reconnect your robot to the MyNeato app. A direct change of the router within the app is unfortunately not possible.

How to reconnect your robot:

1. Open the MyNeato app on your smartphone or tablet.
2. In the lower right corner, click on the robot icon.
3. Click on your connected robot.
4. On the next screen, scroll down to the bottom and hit 'Delete robot'.
5. A pop-up screen will ask you to confirm. Click 'Yes, delete my robot'.
6. Now click on the plus icon under 'Connect your robot' to reconnect your robot. Follow the steps as indicated on the app. Make sure to choose your new router during the process.
